RFQ Details

AGAKOS METALS is a foundry, producing and trading with non-ferrous metals and alloys (bronze, brass, copper and aluminum) offering a wide range of semi-finished products & slide bearings, bushings, anti-friction rings etc. (rough- or final-machined).
Production:
1. Centrifugal casting (OD 80mm - 1'700mm)
2. Continuous casting (OD 12-250mm)
3. Sand casting (ltd. cap).
We cast most of the usual & commercial copper-alloys (CuSn7ZnPb, CuSn12, CuSn12Ni, CuAl10Ni, CuAl11Ni, CuZn25Al5, CuZn34Al2, CuZn37) & more.
We collaborate w. international dealers, state & private industries & the heavy industry, in Hellas and abroad. Just for reference: ThyssenKrupp-Marine Systems - Hellenic Shipyards S.A. (Hellenic & xxxxx Public Power Corporations, SMS-DEMAG, ZDAS, UNEX, EICKHOFF-BOCHUM, GLEASON-PFAUTER etc.).
QA is based on ISO 9001-Certification & compliance w. the European Specs according to EN 1982. Chem. & mech. testing are performed according to EN 10204 3.1.
